Big D Energy’s Crashers are MASH creative interns and the next generation of creative talent. Our industry is built to only value what’s within the traditionally approved pathways in. We want to change that by allowing young, diverse voices to gain experience that they can turn into career opportunities.
This is their chance to “be in the room”, find their voice and make an impression. They’ll have access to industry people who are at the top of their game, so they need to make it count. The best way to do that is by taking lead on the way they spend their time with their mentors.
